Refund Policy
This refund policy explains under what circumstances you may receive a refund for ERPkit purchases.
1. Sync Subscriptions (Monthly Recurring)
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then
- No partial-month refunds on voluntary cancellation
- If the ERPkit sync service is completely non-functional for 7 or more consecutive days within a billing period, you may request a full refund for that month by contacting support. This is a goodwill policy, not a service-level agreement (SLA). ERPkit is provided on a best-effort basis (see Terms of Service).
- Billing errors (double charges, incorrect amounts) — contact support for correction or refund
- EU 14-day withdrawal right — under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you may withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days of purchase. Since ERPkit sync services begin immediately upon subscription, by subscribing you acknowledge that the service starts before the withdrawal period ends. Paddle, as Merchant of Record, handles all withdrawal requests in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.
2. Plugins (One-Shot Digital Purchases)
- Plugins are non-refundable once downloaded — this is standard practice for digital goods
- If a plugin is defective and cannot function as described, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting support
- "Defective" means the plugin does not perform its documented functionality — not that it doesn't meet expectations beyond its description
3. What Is Not Eligible for Refund
- Incorrect data synced due to your own ERP or marketplace data. As stated in the Terms of Service, ERPkit syncs data as provided by your systems.
- Marketplace policy violations resulting from your data
- User error in configuration or setup
- Partial-month usage after voluntary cancellation
- Service slowdowns or brief outages. ERPkit operates on a best-effort basis (see Terms of Service).
4. How Refunds Are Processed
- Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all ERPkit purchases — all refunds are processed through Paddle
- To request a refund, contact us via the Support page
- Paddle's buyer protection terms also apply to your purchases
5. Consistency with Terms of Service
ERPkit is provided "as-is" on a best-effort basis. See the full Terms of Service for details on limitation of liability, service availability, and your responsibilities.
